Server error. Please fix. Other than that I love the scale!

I liked this app before, when it showed me if my water was too high, or visceral fat too low. Now, I have to go by that scale but it cant understand it. Confusing now!!

I love the scale and the app integration, but it would be nice to have a low battery warning.. FYI to everyone reading this, if your phone app stops connecting to the scale, replace the batteries.. I almost returned it because the scale was still working fine on weight, but no phone app connection.. Great scale and app integration (with fresh batteries).. :)

Love the scale, but the little cartoons that pop up after you weigh are obnoxious and insulting. Yeah, Im trying to lose weight - dont show a cartoon crying that says you need to diet and exercise, even after you lost a pound that week!

Will give 5 stars once fixed

Not sure how accurate the readings are but as long as they are consistent this is very helpful. Keep updating and add more tracking and analytics to results

Just bought the scale and Ive only had it for less than a week. I like the scale and I like the app however I find many of the icons difficult to read and the print is much too small with the inability to enlarge. Perhaps the print should be in black as opposed to white

I just got my scale today and love everything about it but the app is just ok....per the directions it says once my account has been created my name will show when my app and scale are connected via Bluetooth...it doesnt but thats no biggie..what I dont like is that is shows my water, muscle rate and all the other percentages but isnt telling me if theses stats are low, normal or high...thats kinda one of the reasons why i bought the scale...and I weight myself and the scale said one number but the app said another number...only off by an ounce but isnt the scale and app supposed to say the same thing? This only happened once after about 10x playing on the scale but still shouldnt happen at all. emailed the company so hopefully its my error and they can advise me how to fix it...leave the scale as is but tweak the app

The hardware, syncing, and Bluetooth components of this app are working great. It would benefit from being edited by a native English speaker. I agree with another reviewer that the obnoxious emojis need to go.

Good App！

App is working well, and a scale itself is great. But, the UI is terrible. Thin font in a soft green color is a downright ugly readability nightmare. Please update the app with a standard UI choice for your users eye healthiness.

If only the scale came with any instructions or the website could be accessed in English this might be a really great app. Hard to know because I cant figure out enough of the features without an owners manual. Also wish it connected to apps like Fitbit or Map My Fitness.

I bought the scale and now I am using the app.. The app is easy to use, works well and helps me keep track of my health.. Good job guys!

Love this app great scale as well love it

The app works nicely with the scale. It has a nice design and interacts with many Health Apps. Only two things hold me back from giving it 5 stars. There is no language choice, as I get banner notifications in a language I cant read. Also, I dont see a description for what the points in the app mean. Both likely fixes for a future release.

Cannot be trusted! This is absurd!

The app seems to work as advertised. But small font white text on a light blue background makes reading results very difficult. How about BLACK text and larger Bold letters. Lots of space on the screen.

This scale would receive a five star except if you make a mistake (my daughter accidentally weighed as me) you cannot remove her numbers. So now the app tracking is wrong. There is no way to delete or change that days number and there is absolutely no way to contact Yunmai. But the scale is beautiful and the app shows good metrics, when you dont make a mistake.

This is a horrible app. First it asks to create a profile however you get no email confirmation and if you sign out your password will not work. So you have to ask to retrieve your password but you get no email. So workaround is you have to use a new email address and create a new account. That means all previous data is lost. There is no customer support too so this app is pointless. Spend your money on a proven scale and app.
