Big waste of money

This is a horrible app. First it asks to create a profile however you get no email confirmation and if you sign out your password will not work. So you have to ask to retrieve your password but you get no email.
So workaround is you have to use a new email address and create a new account. That means all previous data is lost.
There is no customer support too so this app is pointless. Spend your money on a proven scale and app.
